KEO use classic design and innovative materials to create two residential towers of distinction on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

Dar Al Dhabi Al-Sharq Towers are two 35 storey residential towers located on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Designed by KEO International Consultants for Dar Al Dhabi Real Estate the design solution integrates over 800 apartment units within two L-shape forms around a central courtyard.


Kuwait Investment Authority awards HQ design to KEO International Consultants

KEO International Consultants design for the prestigious headquarters for the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) has been given the go ahead. KEO’s winning design created a 220 meter iconic tower lifted 6 floors above the ground with a podium structure housing all public facilities including an auditorium, that slips through the base of the tower. The podium structure inspiration is drawn from the traditional form of the dhow, representing Kuwait’s link and heritage to the past, while the tower manifests its soaring global presence into the future.


Planning is confirmed for Business Town Towers following lengthy delays

HOK Sport unveils designs for the Estadio Internacional Monterrey, Mexico

Initial concept designs for the new 80,000 seat international stadium in Monterrey, Mexico, have been released by the designers HOK Sport. The design for the multi‐purpose venue situated close to the centre of Monterrey has been inspired by traditional Mexican themes and the stadium will accommodate soccer and NFL, as well as a capability for an international standard athletics track using a raised platform concept.


UAE's 'Pearl of Emirates' hospital to include hotel and spa

HKS have revealed the design for a groundbreaking hospital in Abu Dhabi which will also provide a hotel and spa. United Eastern Medical Services (UEM) selected HKS, Inc. to provide architectural services for its new state-of-the-art 160-bed women’s and children’s hospital, Um Danat Al-Emarat, “Pearl of Emirates.” Um Danat Al-Emarat will be the flagship hospital in UEM’s national health system and they hope a landmark for architecture and healthcare. The project is a tribute to Her Highness Shaikha Fatima, the Mother of Emirates and as such UEM pledge that no resource will be spared to provide the best healthcare services for the women and children of the UAE.
